Citroën has therefore just set up a new online booking platform for its range of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) in the United Kingdom, currently reserved for the Berlingo Van, but which will soon be open to the entire utility range. Now available on the Citroën website in the UK, the new LCV booking platform is part of Citroën's omnichannel approach, designed to make the buying process as simple as possible for customers. The new platform will be deployed across the entire Citroën's Light Commercial Vehicles range in 2023 via this link.
Customers making an initial booking online with a fully refundable booking fee of £199 (€230) will be contacted within one working hour to confirm full details. Customers will then have the option to choose their preferred business center for vehicle delivery. A local sales manager will then contact the customer to finalize and complete the order. Customers who progress their online booking to a confirmed order will receive priority construction and the option of home or office delivery.
In line with the 'fair pricing' policy Citroën has had in place for some time in the UK, customers can tailor mileage, deposit, advance hire and duration, as well as the option to add details of a parts exchange before proceeding with their booking.

Citroën is very strong in the UK commercial vehicle market with a market share of over 7% and a very powerful Berlingo Van.
