In March, the Chinese car market grew by 8.2% to reach 2,017,000 units sold, driven by the price war launched by Tesla, with many manufacturers, including Citroën, offering attractive discounts that motivated consumers. However, despite this good result in March, the Chinese market is still struggling in the first quarter with a fall of 7.3% to 5,138,000 units sold.
In this context, sales of
Citroën, down 20.7% to 4,314 units
DS, down 70.4% to 68 units
PEUGEOT remained stable at 4,704 units.

I don’t understand how sales can be so all over the map for Stellantis brands in China. I know these are the numbers for wholesale and include exports, but still… the revised 408 seems to be well received by the market, at least.
