The new DS7, restyled and equipped with a 360 bhp rechargeable hybrid engine, has just won an award in Portugal where it was voted Compact SUV of the Year, a great reward for this premium model entering the second half of its career.
The new DS 7, in the E-TENSE 4X4 360 OPERA version, has just been awarded the "Compact SUV of the Year 2023" trophy in Portugal, by the "Seguro Directo / Car of the Year" jury. - Troféu Volante de Cristal 2023", made up of 20 automotive journalists representing the relevant media. The latest generation DS Automobiles SUV won in one of the most competitive categories of the 40th edition of the initiative, repeating the feat achieved in 2019 when the DS 7 CROSSBACK PureTech 225 Grand Chic won the same trophy.
The flagship of the DS Automobiles SUV range, the new DS 7 E-TENSE 4X4 360 ÓPERA stood out from the six candidates in the running for this award, once again underlining the qualities of the French premium brand's models. Representing the highest level of French luxury, the arguments of the DS 7 stood out in what is the most important award in the Portuguese automotive industry, resulting in a product of high refinement, enhanced by the creativity and nobility of the materials and for its ultra-technological nature, aspects highlighted by all the judges.
