Citroën will market AMI in Mediamarkt stores in Spain


The Citroën AMI has innovated in many respects where it has brought the opposite of the automotive market to offer a simple, practical and accessible mobility solution. With the opening of this new sales channel, the Citroën Ami strengthens its more technological facet by joining forces with a benchmark in the Spanish market, with 106 stores spread throughout the national territory.

The launch of this new mode of sale coincides with the inauguration of MediaMarkt's first TechVillage store in Spain, the fifth in Europe after those located in Milan (Italy), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Rome (Italy) and Berlin (Germany). ). Located in the Milenium Shopping Center in Majadahonda (Madrid), it represents an innovative business concept, designed to offer a new immersive experience to customers and exhibit the most disruptive innovations in the world of electronics in a unique environment. In its 8,000 m 2 , spread over two floors, there are exclusive experience areas and shops for the big technological brands, where they can present their most sophisticated products and gadgets, in addition to offering personalized advice.

An environment in which the Citroën Ami feels like a fish in water. The 100% electric mobility object developed by Citroën has not hesitated to explore new sales channels, which go beyond the traditional concession: from sales with an exclusively online procedure to presence in MediaMarkt. from now on.


With this new distribution channel, AMI will find new outlets in Spain, which will strengthen its sales as it has been in the Top 10 of the A segment since the beginning of the year.
