Citroën has scored a major communication coup with the presentation of its first concept tank to accompany our famous Gallic heroes Asterix and Obelix on their new adventure, which takes them to the Middle Kingdom. The partnership between Citroën and Asterix goes beyond the creation of this tank, which accompanies the two Gauls, to the image of Poland, where the brand supported the launch of the film.

Asterix and Citroën are typically rooted in French culture, and the 2CV perfectly symbolises the brand's unique link with the French. The international launch of the film allows Citroën to accompany our two famous heroes in Poland, Astériks and Obéliks.

Citroën was therefore the main partner of the Polish premiere of the film, which took place in Warsaw on 9 February. The first screening of this new production was also an opportunity for the brand to present the latest ë-C4 X in Poland, but also to set up many attractions for the youngest. One of these was a wall with a model of the 2CV concept tank, with a professional photographer taking souvenir photos for everyone. The biggest attraction, however, was the film itself, which was very well received by the audience, as evidenced by the many roars of laughter in the cinema.

It's a real long-term partnership that unites Citroën and the producers of Asterix: in addition to this concept tank, Citroën has provided the film crews with the hybrid or electric vehicles needed by the production teams, but the brand is also supporting the launch of the film in other countries, allowing it to exhibit its vehicles such as the C4X. A win-win partnership for these two historic French brands.
