Thanks to two months of consecutive increases, the Spanish car market has managed to reverse a very negative trend since the start of the year. Also, over the first nine months of 2022, sales amounted to 600,281 units, a drop of 7.4% compared to 2021 or a loss of nearly 50,000 cars.
In this context, the sales of:

CITROËN are down 10.4% to 31,714 units for a market share of
DS are up 28.4% to 3,439 units
FIAT are down 22.3% to 18,404 units for a market share of
JEEP are down 33.1% to 6,649 units for a market share of

In total, Stellantis sales are 123,817 units, down 15.20% for a market share of 15.92%. Although down, Citroën's sales are performing better than the equivalent Stellantis brands in terms of volumes, the brand ranks seventh in overall sales ahead of Renault.
On the model side, the C4 is the best-selling brand with 10,238 units t sales up 6.47%. The C3 follows just behind with 10,081 units and sales down 19.03%. Finally, 638 C5 X found buyers in Spain.
