To this end, the Basalt should also herald a move upmarket for Citroëns sold in India and Latin America, where they will receive new additional equipment such as LED headlights or even 6 airbags, but also enrich the interior with new upholstery and better plastics, thus responding to the criticisms made of the C3 and C3 Aircross, which will of course also benefit from these improvements.
The new Citroën Basalt should be presented in the coming weeks for marketing from the start of the school year, simultaneously in India and Latin America, but will not come to Europe so as not to compete with the C4 which, between two, will have been restyled.
