Holidays: your summer 2026 program between history and records

Hello everyone,

It's time for me to take my summer vacation and return to my beloved Ardèche region, which I'll be exploring this year behind the wheel of a C5 Aircross Plug-in Hybrid. This will be the perfect opportunity to give you a long-term test drive.

However, don't worry, Passionnément Citroën will continue as usual with two articles a day, every day until August 24th, when we resume. So, alongside the regular "Looking Back" and "A Close Look" sections that you all know, you'll find seasonal features related to Citroën's rich history and the sharing of passion, the focus of this series of articles. These will include sections dedicated to Citroën advertisements, special editions, Citroën in film, and motorsport.

However, this summer program will also mark the introduction of two new sections dedicated to "Citroën Fuel Consumption Records" and "Citroën Factories." I can assure you that the fuel consumption records section contains some real gems, notably one where the AX demonstrated its lightness while achieving exceptionally low fuel consumption.

From the bottom of my heart, I also wanted to thank you for your continued support. Seeing so many of you on the site and reading your comments is always a pleasure.
