After taking great care of the Berlingo, its best-seller on the Japanese market, Citroën is launching a special series for the C3 Aircross called Surf Edition by Rip Curl, continuing the longstanding partnership between the surf brand and Citroën.

This new special edition of the C3 Aircross is not unknown in Europe, as it incorporates the elements of the series that has been on the market for a few months and which has just been launched in France on 1st July. The Surf Edition features a matt blue colour applied to the personalised elements of the front bumper and mirrors, a two-tone black Perla Nera roof and black wheels.

Inside, the black ambience is enhanced by blue accents on the top of the seats and on the dashboard with blue leather-look fabric, while the backs of the seats are separated by an exclusive Rip Curl design stripe that emphasises the dynamic effect of the waves.

Rip Curl's C3 Aircross Surf Edition is all about adventure, with 17-inch rims fitted with all-season tyres, Hill Descent Assist and Grip Control to maximise grip on different terrains.

The C3 Aircross Surf Edition is powered by a single 130 bhp 1.5 Hdi diesel engine and is available in two body colours: Ice White and Artense Grey. Priced at 3,785,000 yen or 24,500 euros, the C3 Aircross Surf Edition by Rip Curl will be the star of the next show organised by Citroën, to be held on 22 and 23 July.
