At Florian Gartenbau, a landscaping company, initial skepticism quickly gave way to conviction. After testing a Citroën ë-C4, the company swiftly added two more of the same model to its fleet. The results are impressive: over 300,000 kilometres driven, powered largely by the company's own solar energy system. This synergy creates a virtuous economic and ecological circle. "These vehicles are relatively economical," summarizes the owner, Thomas Leu. Its CEO, Stéphane Aeschlimann, points out that "the advantage is that we reduce our impact on the environment, without polluting it." Meanwhile, SIG (Services Industriels de Genève) has already reduced its CO₂ emissions by over 40 tonnes by progressively electrifying its fleet. Marc Blumet, Director of Transport, notes a local factor that strengthens their approach: "In the canton of Geneva, electric vehicles are generally recharged with renewable energy or green electricity, which has a very positive ecological impact." These real-world experiences prove it: the electric LCV is reliable, cost-effective, and enhances a company's brand image.
