A few weeks after the C4 was given two new body colours, Citroën is doing the same with its C5 Aircross large SUV, replacing the two white colours with a single new colour shared with the C4. On this occasion, Citroën is slightly adapting the C5 Aircross range without any major upheavals.
From 4 March, the Citroën C5 Aircross will no longer be available in Ice White and Pearl White, these two colours will be replaced by a single colour called White Okénite, which has already been available on the C4 since the beginning of February. This new white colour is an option priced at €700, while the standard colour becomes Perla Nera Black across the entire range, except for the special ë-series, whose standard colour is Steel Grey.
In addition, the brand is making some changes to equipment and options, particularly on the You version, which receives the following modifications Standardisation of the following equipment (telematics box: Emergency call and Citroën Assistance, Active Safety Brake 2.0, advanced sign recognition and speed recommendation). On the other hand, the C5 Aircross You equipped with the 136 Hybrid engine does not have the front parking aid, the hands-free system and the folding function of the power door mirrors with welcome lighting.
In addition, for the Plus and Max versions and only with the new 136 Hybrid engine, Citroën offers the Grip Control Pack option, which includes Grip Control + 18" two-tone PULSAR alloy wheels with diamond finish and 3PMSF tyres at a price of €350 including tax.
Finally, on the ë-series, the C5 Aircross Hybrid 136 receives a new Grip Control Pack option that includes Grip Control + 18" PULSAR two-tone diamond finish alloy wheels with 3PMSF tyres at a price of €0 including tax. Conversely, the 18" PULSAR option is removed and the standard interior colour is changed to Urban Black, with the ë-series interior colour remaining available at no extra cost.
Very subtle developments therefore for the Citroën C5 Aircross which mainly receives a new colour and slight adjustments to the range which gains equipment and loses in particular on the You version. These modifications remain at equivalent prices compared to previous prices, the C5 Aircross range still starting from 33,300 € for a petrol engine up to 51,000 € for the MAX version in plug-in hybrid 225.
