Starting at £22,645 (excluding VAT), the Berlingo Van offers both practical and emotional benefits. It features the Citroën Advanced Comfort program, a technology that ensures a smooth ride and unparalleled driving comfort for professionals spending long hours on the road. The offering is further strengthened by the 100% electric version, the ë-Berlingo Van, which plays a crucial role in the UK’s energy transition. Manufactured locally at Ellesmere Port, the country’s only dedicated mass-production EV plant, it starts at £26,455 (excluding VAT). Its appeal is boosted by eligibility for the British government’s electric vehicle grant, which can provide up to £2,500 in savings.
A growth trend driven by a renewed product lineup
The success of the Berlingo Van is just one part of a much larger success story for Citroën in the UK. Following a year in 2025 where volumes faced some challenges, the brand has entered 2026 with strong momentum. Over the first two months of the year, Citroën recorded a 42% increase in overall sales compared to the same period last year. This surge has allowed the brand to grow its market share to 1.75%, representing a staggering 83% increase year-on-year.
This revival is driven by the arrival of highly anticipated new models in showrooms. The new Citroën C3, along with the C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross, now forms a diverse and powerful lineup. These vehicles, available with petrol, hybrid, or 100% electric powertrains, precisely meet the demands of a rapidly changing British market.
