Citroën Basalt: an even more accessible Feel finish

The Citroën Basalt 2025 in blue tint

Citroën continues its expansion strategy in Brazil by making its Basalt SUV coupé more accessible. The range is extended with the introduction of an entry-level Feel version. Offered at an attractive price, this new version aims to appeal to a wider audience while strengthening Citroën's competitiveness on the Brazilian market.

Reinforced positioning with the Feel version

Since its launch in October 2025, the Citroën Basalt has been available in two versions equipped with the 1.0 Firefly and 1.0 Turbo Flex 200 engines. With the arrival of the Feel version, the SUV coupé is now aimed at buyers looking for a more economical solution. The Feel version is powered by a 1.0 Firefly engine that produces 75 hp on ethanol and 71 hp on petrol. Mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, this engine promises efficient fuel consumption, with figures of 7.6 litres in the city. The fuel tank has a capacity of 47 litres.

A complete equipment package

Despite its entry-level positioning, the Citroën Basalt Feel 1.0 2025 offers a rich and balanced equipment package. It includes:

  • Air conditioning and power steering for optimum comfort;

  • Electric windows on all four doors, with electric locks and remote control with retractable key;

  • An alarm, electrically adjustable door mirrors and height-adjustable seats and steering wheel;

  • 16-inch alloy wheels, a reversing camera and a 7-inch digital dashboard;

  • A multimedia system with a 10-inch touchscreen, compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and six speakers;

  • LED DRLs for better visibility.

Safety features include four airbags, ABS brakes with electronic brake force distribution (EBD), acceleration skid control (ASR) and electronic stability control (ESC), and an ISOFIX child seat system. Three-point seat belts and head restraints for all passengers complete the standard specification.

A competitive pricing strategy

With a starting price of R$ 96,990 (approx. € 17,760), the Citroën Basalt Feel is one of the most competitive SUV coupés in its segment in Brazil. Current promotions, which can reach R$8,000 (€1,250), further reduce the price to R$89,990 (approximately €16,480). This aggressive strategy should allow Citroën to strengthen its presence on the local market and boost sales of the Basalt.

By extending its range with an entry-level Feel version, Citroën has succeeded in making the Basalt even more attractive. With an adapted price and quality equipment, this SUV-coupé has all the assets to meet the expectations of Brazilian motorists and strengthen the brand's position on the market. Citroën thus confirms its ambition to make innovation accessible to all.
