In its continuous pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction, Stellantis France is rolling out a major initiative: an extended warranty of up to 8 years or 160,000 km. This program, which is free and applicable to all orders placed from June 1, 2025, covers all brands within the group. It is contingent upon adherence to the maintenance schedule carried out in authorized workshops of the official Stellantis network, thereby ensuring the longevity and performance of the vehicles.
This new system offers two levels of coverage, tailored to the specificities of each brand. The first level, standard, aligns with the manufacturer's warranty and applies to the Abarth, Citroën, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep®, Peugeot, and Opel brands. The second level, classified as premium, is dedicated to Alfa Romeo, DS Automobiles, and Lancia. Beyond the manufacturer's warranty, it includes additional services such as infotainment, roadside assistance, and the provision of a courtesy vehicle.
The advantages of this new warranty are numerous and significant for customers. Above all, it offers increased peace of mind, knowing that the vehicle is regularly checked and maintained by qualified technicians, continuously trained in the specificities of each brand. In the event of resale, this warranty is transferable to the new owner, provided that maintenance requirements have been met, which considerably optimizes the vehicle's residual value. This initiative underscores the group's commitment to implementing the necessary efforts to improve its brand image and regain customer trust.
