Citroën launches the Citroën Electric Experience in the Czech Republic

The Citroën electric and hybrid range in 2023

Following the launch of the Citroën Drive All Electric in Italy, Citroën is organising a major roadshow in the Czech Republic to showcase its entire range of electric and hybrid cars and allow people to discover and test them.

The Citroën Electric Experience will take place this year from 7 to 24 September throughout the Czech Republic, where visitors will have the unique opportunity to see and test the new Citroën C4. Visitors will also be able to get behind the wheel of the plug-in hybrid C5 Aircross and C5 X, as well as the electric Berlingo and C4.

Visitors can look forward to a rich supporting programme, which this year will once again be in the spirit of charity. Citroën is proud to be a partner of the AG2R professional cycling team for the third year running. To this end, Citroën is launching a competition in which a donation of 15 Czech crowns (i.e. €0.61) will be made for every kilometre driven by visitors to the Citroën Electric Experience during the roadshow. The donation will go to an association that helps children with special needs and various serious diagnoses. Together we will help to give energy where it is lacking. Each runner will receive a small gift and the best runner will receive a pack of AG2R CITROËN TEAM merchandise.

A special guest will be racing driver Bára Holická, who is preparing for the Dakar Rally in a Citroën 2CV. Together with navigator Lucía Engová, he will form a strong team for the desert challenge and will present his plans and his specially modified car during the Prague roadshow at the Štěrboholy shopping centre.

The roadshow programme will also include an educational pylon where our specialists will show visitors the real possibilities and benefits of electric mobility and explain everything about operation and charging. There will also be a children's corner and a competition to win a month's rental of a new C4 X with a full tank of fuel. As always, a truck with comfortable facilities and refreshments will be available from 10:00 to 18:00.

This is an event that allows us to get closer to the public and to demonstrate the contribution and qualities of the brand's range of electrified vehicles. This experience, already organised in 2022, seems to have been beneficial for the brand, which decided to repeat it in 2023, taking the opportunity to also present the new C4 X in its launch phase. It is also through actions like this, close to the people and in direct contact with them, that Citroën wins orders or, in any case, creates a relationship, a type of experience that should be generalised.
