Citroën at the Brussels Motor Show: world premiere of ELO concept and bold ambitions

The Citroën stand at the 2026 Brussels Motor Show

The European automotive landscape is preparing for the excitement of the 2026 Brussels Motor Show. Following a record-breaking year in 2025, this essential event is already sold out for this latest edition. For manufacturers, the Belgian capital has become a major strategic hub, and Citroën intends to hold a prominent place there. The brand arrives with renewed energy, showcased through a stand designed to reflect its creativity and constant capacity for innovation. By embracing this positive momentum, Citroën illustrates its commitment to combining accessibility with technological boldness in a rapidly changing market.

A warm setting in hall 5 to celebrate tomorrow's mobility

For this 2026 edition, Citroën is located in Hall 5, alongside other Stellantis group brands. Moving away from conventional and sometimes austere stands, the brand has designed a space with a particularly warm and joyful atmosphere. The objective is clear: to highlight the human creativity and technical ingenuity that define the manufacturer. This stand does more than just display vehicles; it offers a true immersion into the brand's universe, with a press conference scheduled for January 9th at 9:40 AM. This event will feature Xavier Chardon, CEO of Citroën, and Pierre Leclercq, Head of Design, detailing the company's strategic directions.

At the center of this display, the new ELO concept will make its very first global public appearance. A true laboratory of ideas, this vehicle embodies Citroën’s vision for the future: mobility that is responsible, functional, and resolutely friendly. Alongside this style study, automotive passion will also be represented by the presence of the brand’s Formula E car. This single-seater, which has just started its season with a promising third-place finish in its first race in Sao Paulo, testifies to Citroën's commitment to high-level motorsport and its expertise in advanced electric technologies.

New C5 Aircross and Ami Dark Side: stars of the Brussels stand

The Citroën stand will also highlight the new C5 Aircross, the brand's flagship and a serious contender for the Car of the Year award. This C-segment SUV changes its stature with a more muscular design and optimized aerodynamic efficiency. Inside, it offers a high-end travel experience thanks to Progressive Hydraulic Cushions suspensions and Advanced Comfort seats. The dashboard, equipped with the Cascade touchscreen, reinforces the model's technological aspect, available in hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric powertrains, with the latter offering up to 520 km of range.

Alongside it, the small city car Ami continues to surprise. For Brussels, it appears in its Ami Dark Side version, an edition that is already achieving great success in terms of orders. With its deep matte Black Night color and white graphics, it takes on a more rebellious side while remaining true to its mission of accessible electric micro-mobility starting from age 14. The public will also be able to rediscover the brand's essentials, such as the new C3 and C3 Aircross, which complete a diversified range meeting the needs of both individuals and professionals..

Strategic visibility for the Belgian and european markets

Citroën fully intends to take advantage of the exceptional showcase offered by the Brussels Motor Show to reaffirm its position on the European stage. The importance of this event now goes beyond a strictly local framework to become a crucial meeting point for the entire industry. In Belgium, the show retains a strong peculiarity: it remains a location for massive order-taking, making it a direct commercial stake for the brand. By presenting a completely renewed range and future-oriented concepts, Citroën demonstrates that it has the necessary assets to attract a demanding clientele looking for comfort, simplicity, and modernity.
