Jérôme Gautier replaced at the head of Citroën France

The poor results recorded in 2022 have apparently marked the need for a change at the head of Citroën France since the Director of the brand, Jérôme Gautier, will give up his post as of February 1st without, however, leaving. the Stellantis group.

As of February 1, Stéphane Caron will become the new Director of Citroën France, thus replacing Jérôme Gautier, who will take charge of an innovative internal project.

Present in the group since 2003, Sébastien Caron began his career in Retail in the NV/UV trade after studying at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Toulouse. From 2005 to 2016, he successively held several positions in Distribution, Logistics and Commerce, serving the Citroën brand in France. From 2016 to 2018 he gained international experience as Area Operations Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands, in addition to France, this time for the Peugeot brand. In 2018, he took up the position of Regional Director Grand Ouest for the Peugeot brand in France.

In June 2021, he was appointed Managing Director Spare Parts France for Stellantis &You Sales and Services (11 Distrigo Spare Parts hubs), then took responsibility for the entire Stellantis &You scope with 35 hubs spread over 9 countries, in charge performance and business transformation. Stéphane Caron will report to Guillaume COUZY, Stellantis Country Manager for France.
