Stellantis develops its Stellantis&You distribution network


If Stellantis relies on a large number of private investors for its distribution network, the group also has its own network, created through the merger of PSA Retail (the PSA Group's distribution arm) and Motor Village (the FCA Group's distribution arm), with almost 200 points of sale. This major European distributor intends to continue its development in 2024 with the opening of numerous sales outlets in several countries.

A company born from the skills of two major networks.

Since its creation in November 2021, Stellantis &You has been working on integrating the teams and merging the processes and systems of the two groups from which it emerged.

Building on its heritage, it is continuing the deployment of Stellantis brands in new points of sale and the resizing of its sites in the 12 countries where it operates (Europe and Morocco).

Its activities include 11 brands and 5 business lines: new vehicle sales, used vehicle sales, after-sales services, spare parts distribution and vehicle rental.

13 new stores in 5 European countries and Morocco

By the end of the year, Stellantis &You will continue to expand its commercial footprint in Europe with the opening of 13 points of sale in 7 different countries: Belgium, UK, Italy, France, Morocco, Germany and Spain.

The Distrigo brand is particularly dynamic in Italy, with a complete overhaul of its spare parts activity: the opening of a new distribution point in Turin, in addition to the one in Palermo opened in July, and the expansion of the distribution points in Milan and only in Rome to allow our professional customers to obtain supplies of all spare parts references for Stellantis brands, as well as Eurorepar parts, our solution for all brands.

This development will continue in 2024 with the opening of at least two Brand Houses such as Gattamelata (Italy) in February 2023.

A network of experts that puts customers and new consumption patterns at the heart of its development.

Although Stellantis &You is only 2 years old, it benefits from the know-how of 11,400 employees in the historic networks from which it originates. Their expertise in components and manufacturing processes guarantees the highest quality of after-sales service.

Stellantis &You also develops innovative, customer-focused services:

Since May 2023, S&Y France has set up a fast vehicle return service at the Gare de Lyon in Paris for maintenance appointments. 241 customers have already signed up for this new service.

Launched two years ago, the www.stellantisandyou.com website provides access to the stocks of our 200 dealers in Europe and Morocco, for both new and used vehicles. We have developed a simple customer experience with a 100% digital journey that extends to home delivery in France.

Since 2022, as part of our customer-centric approach, we have also been monitoring satisfaction through an e-reputation process based on the Google rating of our points of sale. Thanks to this direct feedback, we are able to understand our strengths and weaknesses and improve our relationships with our customers.
