Partially unveiled at the end of April, the new Citroën C3 Aircross will be fully unveiled on 19 June, giving us the opportunity to have a complete overview of its features and in particular its interior, which is still kept secret. Two days before its presentation, Citroën lifts a corner of the veil to allow us to discover it in a new body colour.
A few days before the summer holidays, Citroën will present the second generation of the C3 Aircross, which will be marketed immediately for deliveries in the last quarter of the year. The car that will be the star of the Citroën stand at the next Paris Motor Show is still keeping its interior and its features under wraps, even though we already know a lot about it. In order to keep people waiting for the full presentation, Citroën has installed a small animation on the social networks, which announces the date of the live presentation on Youtube on 19th June, but above all allows us to see the new C3 Aircross in the colour red.
Of course, it is difficult to see anything in particular in this blurry video, but I suggest you discover the C3 Aircross in this shade of red:
An interior of unrivalled comfort
If the exterior of the C3 Aircross is now well known and generally well received, with a style that maximises the adventurous side of the C3 Aircross with very generous fenders, the interior is still a secret. However, the interior of the second generation of the herringbone urban SUV should be entirely taken from the C3 with the new C-Zen Lounge concept, where we will find the small instrument cluster under the windscreen combined with the compact steering wheel and where comfort is maximised.
Nearly 4m40 long, the Citroën C3 Aircross will be an exception in the B segment of SUVs since it will offer 7 seats including two seats that should be retractable in the boot, placing this new C3 Aircross in the tradition of the brand's family cars. the image of the Xsara or C4 Picasso and in line with the current generation.
With a choice of thermal, hybrid and electric engines, the new C3 Aircross will not be available with a diesel engine, but customers will be able to choose between a 100% electric version with a range of 300 km and thermal and hybrid versions for greater versatility. As with the new C3, Citroën will be very aggressive on pricing as the new C3 Aircross could be sold below €20,000 for its entry-level version, just ahead of the new Dacia Duster and almost €5,000 less than the current C3 Aircross.
In conclusion, there are only two days left to discover the C3 Aircross in full, a presentation that you will be able to follow this Wednesday, 19 June, on the website as well as on the social networks of Passionnément Citroën, where I will be presenting it to you live.
